Welcome to my website. It is here that I teach Imaging, a more precise description would be Photography and, the manipulation and retouching of images.
I have spent my whole adult life working with images within the print, design, videography and photography fields. It is just what I do.
I have spent most of my life teaching hardware, software, technique and I guess my forte… Workflow.
When I learned, to get it done was simply not good enough. There are many aspects to getting it done. Quality, time and cost. To be efficient means I need to be aware of all three dimensions.
I am focused on bringing the quality expectations from the pre-digital era. I am not interested in the easiest solution, I care about the right solution.
My longstanding career and experience helped me become who I am today and, I don’t buy solutions, I am the solution.
myView is where you can join my annual membership website.
It is where I teach my view on imaging based on my experience which spans well over thirty years.
Part of myView are the tutorials of my techniques and retouching methodologies.
Members Webcasts where I bring new ideas and perform Q&A sessions.
Forum where you can chat with other members.
Outside of the membership, you can learn my techniques and methodologies by registering on to my online training courses. Some of the subjects are covered in a single session and some are three weekly sessions.
I thought I knew photoshop, I thought I was half decent but watching Guy in action and learning from him I realise that in fact I was a fat, balding, pub team player watching Zidane in action.

Content was mind blowing – as I do not have any work patterns or competence with PS I am able to start on the right foot. Guy takes all the tech out of it & boils it down to common sense. It took away my frustration.

Just watched all of the DVD’s!! I have been trying to learn Photoshop for nearly two years. I have watched hundreds of hours of tutorials and read 20-30 books on how to do things. I now realise that I know nothing, and that I have learnt only how to become a wanger.
Colin, UK
I’ve seen so many Photoshop tutorials, I really appreciate, when the result is predictable and repeatable. Your way of thinking is the only way I know (now!) which makes that possible. I can only thank you for sharing your skills!…by far the best-invested money I ever spent in stuff related to Photoshop.
Michael, Germany
As always… your descriptions and working methods which you have developed over time and regardless on which application you are demonstrating, is quite frankly second to none. The Aperture webinar which has just been broadcast, is another masterpiece in workflow methods. Which will ultimately mean a greater return on any investment for me and all my clients.
Max, UK
Refreshing to be shown a methodology and work-flow in stead of the usual tips & tricks and funky toolbars. Guy’s knowledge has clearly been acquired from real industry experience. I have already put many of the things taught in place and am already seeing both improvements in the quality of my work and a significant increase in time-efficiency.

Brilliant concepts explained so well. Tried to emulate setting up action set and scripts with help of notes and DVDs. Not easy at first but eventually ‘got it’!!! Have now just watched members video of getting started and feel I now have a really good understanding of what the process is doing and how I can use it with my images. As an ex-wanger, this has radically changed my approach to processing my images. Thank you so much.
Cheryl, Belfast
Thanks very much for this on line seminar, I’ve enjoyed it and the new Range Replacement is stunning!!!!!

I don’t know why I bothered working for the last 14 years cos every time I watch this Bald Surfing Oakley Nut! I ditch most of what I know and start again!
Thanks Again

I loved the seminar and even though it was my second time to attend, I still got so much out of it. I would recommend any serious photographer to do the seminar next time Guy is in Brisbane. I wish I had known all of this ten years ago when I started to work on PS- I think of all the stress and many hours of labour that could have been avoided.
Yohti, Australia
It was fantastic to meet & learn from you. The most informative & enlightening workshop, we have ever done. Midblowingly amazing stuff & we can’t wait to implement it into our studio.
